This is a great intermediate Nepenthes hybrid that was released recently by Borneo
Exotics. The seed parent in this cross was a “Harlequin” form of Ampullaria and the
other parent was one of BE’s impressive Veitchii x Lowii. Out of the resulting clones of
the cross, this single clone was selected since it produces stretched out peristomes on
the intermediate pitchers, resembling N. Lowii. Uppers will likely look more like N. Lowii.

This hybrid is vigorous, fast growing, and one of the best intermediate hybrids made so
far.
