STATUS OF MY ORDERYou can login to your account to check the status of your order. Simply, click on, “my account” at the top of the page. All of your current and past orders can be viewed there.
DAMAGED AND MISSING CLAIMSUpon arrival of your package from Cross Exotics, inspect the contents for any damaged or missing items. You will need to contact our customer service department within 24 hours of arrival so that we can correct your order (Include a picture of the damaged items). If your package does not show up or is lost, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
CHANGE OR CANCELING AN ORDEROur shipping department works diligently to ship orders normally within 48 hours of receipt. Before submitting your order, please check it over for accuracy. We do not offer returns on plants.
METHODS OF ACCEPTED PAYMENTSWe accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Amazon Pay, and American Express, in addition to PayPal. We do not accept personal checks.
UPDATING OR CHANGING MY INFORMATIONSimply login, click on the ”My Account” link at the top of the page, update your information, and press Submit to save. You can update your billing address, shipping address, credit card, and password in "My Account” area.
LOST OR FORGOTTEN PASSWORDIf you have forgotten your password, simply click on the “lost password” link near the login area. Input your username & e-mail and your password will be e-mailed to you at the e-mail address provided.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMSIf an item is out of stock, your packing slip will reference that item and you will be refunded back onto your original method of payment. We do not ship out of stock or back ordered items. Please note that in order to not slow down our shipping process, we will not contact you if you have selected an out of stock or back ordered item.
