We have three expedited shipping options. Fedex Home Delivery, Express Saver, and Overnight.

SHIPPING PACKAGES

Cross Exotics ships to all 50 states via USPS and FedEx. We currently do not ship internationally. We can only ship to one address per order. If you’d like to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each unique address.

Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. Our shipping department is not available on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays. During holidays or other busy times of the year it may take longer to process orders.

For all express packages, allow 24–48 hours for your order to be processed. All rates are determined by weight and destination.

THE DETAILS

If your package is lost or fails to be delivered according to the confirmation records of USPS or FedEx, Cross Exotics will only reimburse the subtotal cost of your order, that is the cost of the plants and/or products but not shipping fees. *Signature required on all packages over $150 to ensure safe delivery to you.
