There were transit delays that the seller was very open and communicative about. When I received the tubers, it was wrapped in moist paper towel wrapped in plastic. Each of the tubers (3x with one being very diminutive in size) was pale in color and firm, indicating viability. I'm very happy with the product and communication. Looking forward to the tubers breaking dormancy!
